GR202 high temperature high pressure zipper dyeing machine is special used for dyeing zippers,straps and lace with coil winding.

Max working pressure: 0.4 Mpa
Bath Ratio: 1:7-10
Method of Heat Exchange: applying coiled heat exchanger or external heat exchanger
Speed of heat exchange: when vapor pressure is 0.5 Mpa, and dye liquor rises from 20to 130, it requires 40 minutes for the dye liquor to decrease from 130 to 80.
Method of Dye liquor circulation: equipped with reversing flow adjusting device, with cylinders adjusting both forward and reversing circulation of dye liquor.
